Shakespear Art meter vhf

Anyone in the Southampton area want to lend / rent me there meter? Happy to leave a substantial deposit. Alternatively if I purchased one would anyone want to buy at a discount off me?

Will it tell me anything I can understand? I suspect I have power supply issues and / or coax degradation?

I was thinking about buying one, but managed to find a bad connection at the masthead, now fixed. A bit of pain since I can now hear every idiot for miles calling the CG for a radio check
Worth checking all your connections, re-sodering where needed.
