Sextants and Sods

Sod's law -

After weeks of looking on Ebay for sextants and only finding 'antiques' and reproductions, I succumbed and ordered a brand new Astra IIIb Deluxe over the web (from France, no less!).

The next day, I decided to torment myself by checking Ebay and - sure enough - Astra IIIB 1991 certificate, boxed etc - currently on offer for £111!!!

I suggest anyone looking for a sextant grabs themselves a bargain.

Do you mean you got it, Eudorajab?? Hmmm ... 1991 certificate, bit of an antique in its own right. Hope its not been dropped since.
