Set screws ?

I think these are called set screws. They are off my the steering wheel from my Malo. I am unsure of the actual make of the binnacle/steering gear.
Yes I have managed to "round off" 2 of the heads of these screws. ideally I'd want to replace them with Aleen key equivalents so has anyone any idea where I might source them from ?

I would go to the marine fasteners pages at Baseline (eBay/Screwfix are often not marine stainless, they are exterior construction grade) Baseline Marine Products Ltd - Fastenings

If it was me I'd use a dab of copper slip/copper grease on them when you reassemble for ease of removal next time...

Try kayfast in Wakefield. For large orders go direct, for small ones it's cheaper in their eBay shop (ref postage)

The ebay link I posted was kayfast, there are plenty of other good UK ebay sellers who sell A4 fasteners. 'GWR' is another I've used.
Quite often I have decided what I want, ordered it and had it next day.
Only problem is avoiding the temptation to buy 10x as much I need, because it's only twice the bill....

Exactly the problem. Replace screws every 5 years? Don't think I want that, or the risk of 304 corroding and staining. I would always go for 316 for external use in a marine environment. I only use 304 for dry internal use.
