How much would the esteemed panel expect to pay for a full service on a Bukh DV20.
Oil, filters and impellar?

The boat is on the hard standing if that makes any difference.

Thanks

I would expect to pay the price of the parts and to do it myself. I would normally do it before lifting out so that the oil was warm when draining.

To answer the question however, parts + 1-2hrs labour? Maybe £150?

That's what I would do but I bet it's not under £300 if paying yard rates and time.

You are right!...just wanted to check the figures. Unfortunately the boat is 250 miles away, and I cant get there to do it myself.

If it's out of the water, there's a lot more fiddling around to do if they're going to run it before the oil change. If you can wait until it's back in you'll save few bob.

And how do you rate the chances of them doing that (properly or even at all) if the Owner's not there watching them; even if the Owner agrees to pay them extra for said engine run.
