Please clarify the question are you concerned about paying tax in the UAE if so, the UAE will not care what tax has been paid in the UK UAE rules will apply. If you are asking if the boat will lose its VAT status if you brig it back to the UK and the answer is possibly it depends how long it is out of the Uk and if it changes hands outside the UK.
