Ahoy there Houseboat dwellers
A long time friend of mine has a Mobile Houseboat for sale, currently on a Residential mooring in Noth Kent; he has never lived on this 80ft x 20ft boat but bought it from someone who had lived on it; it has a working Diesel engine installed.
So where and how to sell it please ?
Is it OK to rent a house boat out ? with the prioe consent of the Moorings owners ?
