Second hand charts

I vaguely remember seeing an internet site that sold both new and second-hand charts, but can't find it any more. If anyone knows the site I'm talking about, could they let me know the address.

I have just experienced a bad time with them. Have, for the second time, ended up having to pay double postage,on an order of over £200. They seem to lack customer service skills but I guess, at the moment, they have no competition so can treat customers badly! Can someone start another second-hand chart service please?

Can you please be more specific about your problem with them? I have just ordered a couple of used but valid charts as a test.

The last problem was that they have a delivery contract with UPS in which UPS return goods after 5 days after trying to deliver 3 times. I went away for a few days holiday and the goods were returned to supplier. Other companies I have received goods from tend to leave the undelivered goods at a local depot where I can go and collect them, if I miss the delivery man. Their response to this was that I should have told them I was going on holiday!! and that to now receive the charts I would have to pay another £5.50.
The first time I used them I again spent well over £100 and noticed that on their internet pages they offer a free gift with a spend of over, I think, £69. When charts arrived, no gift. Their response was that it was not automatic for the gift to be sent but had to be ordered on the net as an item along with the charts. Talk about being less than friendly to the consumer.
As for the charts, they are as descibed on the net, and have now arrived now arrived.
