Bought a new Lewmar hatch from Seateach and one of the little red locking catches broke off. Rang and asked for some help. Chap asked me to check a code on it; then rang back the next day to see if I had the code for him; then said he'd sort something out. Next day two new hanndles and catches arrive with a phone call later today from him just checking to see if they had arrived OK! What amazing customer service.
 
have also found their approach helpful - our ocean hatch had crazed and bought a replacement lewmar this year from seateach - same make but different model - seateach willingly volunteered that if on opening it on board we were unsure then they would refund 100% provided we kept the original packaging tidy - in fact new hatch looked fine so it is now fitted but found their flexible approach helpful
 
I used them for the first time just recently for furling gear. While I was at it I got them to replace 3 bits of standing rigging. Emphasised at length that I needed it back by the end of the following week - which they said was fine. Posted off the old rigging on Tuesday and it was back on Thursday! Amazing. And very helpful advice too.
 
I've been using Seateach for many years. When you consider they are independent, not one of the larger outlets, they always carry a good range of product and have helpful knowledgeable people on hand to help. A great Chandler, complete opposite to the normal perception.
