Had visitors from London over last weekend and on a visit down to the boat on Saturday morning, one of them happened to mention that the last time they were on the water they were seasick.

Oh ! I said. Was it a big boat or a little boat?

No, she said. I had been lying on a lilo on the water and I started to feel a little bit queasy. When I rolled off the lilo I puked into the water and I felt ill for about an hour afterwards. (She didn't go out on our boat in the end.)

I can beat that, I was seasick in a rowing boat on a lake! Yet I still go out boating most weekends (I will not give up). Now I just take 2 Stugeron two hours before we go, then top up with Boots Travel Calm every 8 hours. It works for me.
