Yes, I believe that is the fine vessel Ancaster. One of the later models, although I only have a record of 9 being ever built. I would in partiuclar, love to know where the last one went (built in 2007 with VP D9-500s and a solid swim platform). There was an Icelandic connection, but I'm not sure the boat went that way or not.

Would also love to know where the moulds went. They were sold a couple of years ago I believe.

I’m not sure what hull number we are!? How would I find out?
Yes we have the Volvo TAMD74s.

We birth in Portland but ironically are heading up to the Solent today!

Thanks for setting up this thread. I have been trying to find my old boat Sophelina which I sold to a chap from the Channel Islands who was dying with lung cancer but always wanted a Searanger but bought a Sunseeker 54 instead . When he eventually sold Tootsie he immediately bought Sophelina and took her back to Guernsey and renamed her Mr Magoo.
I bought Artic Owl in 2007 from Len Wilcox who had her built and moved her from Conwy to Poole Salterns where I berthed next to Larkspur.( hi C)
Moved her to Poole Quay due to Salterns hefty prices and changed name to Sophelina. Had ten great years and some lovely cruises to France and the Solent and got to know every inch of her. Check your brass non return valves on the bilge pump hoses, all mine were seized.

Good morning all, Mike Miller from Imperial here.....thanks to Volvo Paul for nudging me to look at the Forum!
It was me who sold Arctic Owl new, to Len and Pauline Wilcox and we also sold Nuthatch for her first, second and did the paperwork for the third owners.
She is now Lady Dianne and we are just selling her again to a new owner who will base her in Oban Scotland.
Sadly, the current owner bought her and then became most unwell and really has not been able to use her for the last 2 years.

These really are great sea boats and are so spacious and very well built.
I have seen the mention of my old chum James Dickens above. For those that don't know, James has now retired and is off travelling Europe in his Camper van with his wife.
When I spoke with him earlier this week he was in Portugal sampling Port in Oporto, the lucky chap. He is, in my opinion as a slightly older man, too young to retire yet so I expect him back in about 18 months or so and I hope that we will work even closer together then.
For now, Imperial are looking after all of his old clients and listings.
As many of you probably know, Imperial used to be the Atlantic main agents and as the Sea Rangers were built in the same factory as the Atlantic 42's we logically became the agent for those as well.
I do not profess to know everything but we do know a fair bit about both Atlantic and Sea Ranger boats.
For what it is worth, I think we could have sold Lady Dianne at least 3 times over!
