Just acquired Seamaster 30 in very poor condition. I About to embark on restoration.

Great accommodation for a 30 footer, 6 full size births if it’s an aft cabin version.
Check for flex in the foredeck, usually gets waterlogged. Windows leak too so might need to work on them first. Lovely joinery in them, my Dads one was Honduras mahogany inside, was the colour of a new conker once we’d finished stripping it and varnished it all back up. Looking back I realise he was guilty of using child labour.

Pay good attention to the engine bay soundproofing,They are particularly noisy.

Oh and don’t worry about the hull, the laminate is likely 3/4” thick
