Sealine Steering Problems

My Sealine F37 seems to have a mind of its own when using the upper steering position.The rudder responds perfectly going to port but going to starboard a full turn of the wheel will have little or no effect.Also the starboard engine morse lever does not always respond.

The hydraulic steering resevoir is full and up to the correct pressure.

Any ideas anyone?

Morse lever?? you sure it's not EDC? If it wasn't going into fwd gear, ths would give the sort of problems you are expieriancing (at low speed)
