I have an S25 with the Kad32 fitted. I find the boat responds very well with this engine. Main thing is that the boat does feel underpowered with a dirty hull. I have had the boat from new, and the speed slowed down. Took the boat out and the speed was back.
Economy is superb, 45 hours hours run cost me £80.
I have trim tabs on, and providing that nobody is walking around the boat, it is very stable when you are getting again onto the plane, and sometimes you do not need much trim tab.
Far far better boat than the S24. which I owned before the 25.
Bathing platform is great, we use it all the time. Especially for diving off, or getting back on from the dingy.
Just had the teak laid in the cockpit and bathing platform, looks the dogs.
Please decide after a sea trail.
