Buyers premium at 15% plus vat will be charged on bid price.

Yes, the fees add about a third to the bid price, so as you say, will have to be cheap.

Perhaps a bit of blackmail to force the owner to pay their yard fees?

Reputable auction site, I buy from them regularly. Odd that the boat was there one minute, gone the next. Maybe owner got a private sale without the auctioneers fees.

For those who never saw the ad, one engine was blown (kad44?) and had been removed and I think partially dismantled.
