Yes quite a few will work with the Seafarer transducer, I personally have successfully used NASA Display heads with one of these.

Hi,

Echopilot sells a unit that can handle both the old frequecy and the new (150 kHz and 200 kHz, I think)
I've hooked up the Echopilot Bronze Trio to my old Seafarer IV sensor with good results. The Echopilot is a nice unit, only the ergonomics cound be improved.

Most transducers are actually similar - ok there are dual freq and allsorts - but those are usually with fish-finders.
Nasa / Seafarer / Echo-Pilot etc. are despite what they say interchangeable ..... I know - I've proved it on my boats.

But anyway - if its in-hull fitted - why is it problem to change to 'correct' supplied one with the new display head ?? Unless of course you have some clever cable run !!!
