From what I've read of the product it really seems a bit pointless As for the two people punting it, I've never heard of them before but, from their comments about seeking legislative compulsion, they sound a right pair of chancers. And arrogant with it.

What next? A change in legislation to make FB pies compulsory on every sea going vessel? I think this one will fall apart at the due diligence stage

I couldn't even get the hacksaw in there so I had to use half a hacksaw blade held between my fingers - a useful skill if I ever end up in Alcatraz.

I've used a Mole grip to help with holding a piece of hacksaw blade. Not in Alcatraz, though...

No good at all if the through-hull fitting breaks off!

Quite agree. You usually have to replace a valve if it is old and likely hood is that in trying to unscrew it, it will spin the skin fitting. I tried to remove three recently (on the hard) and every one spun the fitting and hence broke the seal. All being re-seated.
