sea cave(s) near Macleod's Maidens?

It's quite some years ago now, but I was able to anchor off, in a flat calm, and go into a couple of these caves in a rubber dinghy. One just went in and in until the slight swell made it too scary. The other is a sort of tunnel, open at both ends, with a another entrance coming in halfway along from the side. This last one has a foor of boulders, and you can walk in part of it at LW. Interesting place to explore.

We made it to Gigha, in fact it was shockingly good weather considering what had gone on the week before.

found the cave - its looks huge from the cliff top;

hard to get a scale - see the birds inside the cave. despite ropes and swimmers we didn't go down to the cave. the cliffs are about 110m high here (just E of Maidens) from numerous experiments of dropping big stones off cliffs + timing them.

looks big enough to get a mast in...

Cheers! Last weekend - we took fri/mon off work, and wandered about skye. Magic place, great to get away from the crowds. Tho there was a crowd of us

That cave definitely looks big enough to get a boat in...
