[Swan Song]

Hi .. I've just bought a Scimitar ... Needs a bit of a clean up and a few other issues ...
I first sailed one when I taught sailing at the Emsworth Sailing School in the mid 1960's ... that dates me ... The main stay of the fleet at the sailing school was Wayfarers ... and one of these turned up ... I didn't like it at first because it was a keel boat ... but when I sailed it ... it responded like a dinghy ... it was magic ..
