Samsung Galaxy S4 and Navionics.

Hi,
I may upgrade my Android phone this week. I have been using an HTC. Desire with Navionics as a back up navigation tool. Has anyone used the Galaxy S4 with Navionics? I am checking to see if they are compatible.

Yes, I went through exactly the same phone upgrade as you. The Navionics app works just as well as it did on my Desire HD, but I get the feeling that it responds a fraction faster because of the S4's faster processor - probably just my imagination though!

I have the S4 mini which works great with Navonics - The phone does eat up the battery - but don't they all. Navonics would be better on the std sized phone.
