Long Johns a bit of a measily git who does not like paying much for anything. Even felt sorry for him whist tying him alongside so used my fenders, not his!! His bits of string wot he attempt to moor the poor thing by must surly have been perchased from the local Oxfam shop. If he thinks Salcolmbe is dear, E wants to try QAB Plymouth. £29 quid and dont tell you that you are locked out of Plymouth by 9-30 by closing the foot bridge.

Doesn't a ferry run across to Mayflower Steps after 9.30 or did that get killed off completely when the footbridge across Sutton Lock was opened ?
Sometimes charter a raggie from QAB and your news could have serious repercussions./forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Fenders?

Wot are they? Are they those orrible grubby things you hang over the side. Yours seem to be covered with black marks. And my bits of string will go on for years, I've got lots of new stuff in my cellar but seems a shame to get it dirty.
