I sailed accross the Atlantic in one.
A better - but similar boat is the Victory 40 or Trintella 4a - much more sophisticated moulding - balanced rudder, knife edge to the deadwood housing the propellor, The sailar's streamlining here is a square edge - which causes noisey cavitation on the propellor.
Both by good designers, but IMHO Van de Stadt has something else.
