I know that Sailsdirect.com has been the subject of posts in the past, but does anyone have recent experience? I have sent three e-mail enquiries over the past two months to the address shown on their website and haven't yet received a response. I can't find a telephone number for them.

Don't bother, if they are that disinterested in your enquiry, what the hell would their response be like if you wanted a problem sorted out, after you have bought!
