Have you done this sort of sailing before ? What did the last slaves die of ? No way you can keep that schedule.

Thank you for pointing this out to me, I will remove dates as it is at most rough estimation. it is intended to be 1.5 - 3 months trip :) depending on the crew and the weather.

But yes I did sails that they go with shifts, Changing helmsman once every 2-3 hours. being 3 people and having an autohelm is very doable.

I think its a bit steep to charge the slaves crew for fuel and marina fees as these are fixed costs regardless of crew. It's extremely mean to expect them pay for food when they're effectively doing an unpaid job of work moving your boat. Meals ashore - fine, but food on board should (morally and out of simple decency) be provided. (A decent skipper wouldn't hesitate to pay for many if not all modest meals ashore either imho) As for making them pay airfares home after so much work... They're not going to feel appreciated - trust me, under those conditions they'll just walk leaving you stranded somewhere.
Well, good luck with findiing crew on those terms.
5 days to transit the French canals? De-rigging the boat, sourcing, building and fitting a cradle for the rig, finding two dozen tyres and protective sheeting then re rigging and disposing of all that gear at Marseilles? And rushing through France - of all places - with such indecent haste?
What is your experience and qualifications? Is this really a genuine proposal or just a pipe-dream because to be honest, it reads like the latter, and with something unusually strong in the pipe to boot.
