Similar post on CA forum, but going for max coverage to get an answer. Accepting the Brexit subject has been covered numerous time and still no clear way forward due to the idiots in charge. Just trying to get couple of of best options at this time regarding long term stay in spain on a crusing yacht for 2019/2020.
My currently impression is that we can stay 180 day in a calendar year as we stand now. Although cannot find any support for this comment
Post March with deal (when ever that is) as above until we leave EU in 2020, or later
No deal, 90 days in 180 days
To stay longer than 90 days no clear way forward. Apart from residence visa. Although does not seem to be the correct route, or easy if cruising, ie no fixed address.
Accept no clear answer exists at the moment, looking for any advice on how to stay in Spain for 6 to 8 months this year/next year legally. Or just hope Customs don'nt ask the question. Trying to get advice/answers now, to help plan this years cruising.
