Sailing games for xbox or playstation

I think the Virtual Skipper game for the PC is one of the most popular - I can't vouch for it as I noticed Virtual Skipper 3 used Starforce security protection so I never installed it...

Don't buy Ship Simulator 2008, not a sailing game I know but just incase you are tempted to want to drive the QE2 don't bother! Absolute rubbish!

Entirely free and very, very competitive.

I have Sail Simulator 4. It is for the PC. It simulates sailing to a degree.

Don't know of any for games consoles, but Virtual Skipper is quite good for PC. The biggest thing currently seems to be 'fantasy skipper' races alongside real events like the Vendee and Volvo RtWR, where you call the nav, and the simulation factors in the weather. Apparently some of the 'skippers' doing well in the Volvo are treating it almost like a full time job!
