I've finally managed to get by wife away for a week on a competant crew course. She's on board with Southern Sailing as we speak. I dropped her off on Sunday night, and nearly said 'here is the woman, bing me back the sailor' (if I was brave enough). She's not bad really, just lacks a bit of cofidence. But on the phone last night, she said she wouldn't mind doing day skipper! She'll want to be incharge if that happens.

On the yacht, it is the only time I get to tell her what to do, and then I get the occasional NO (I hate stroppy crew) and her constant quipe 'you never said please' (oh god!)

Is it too late or should I go and find her in some port tonight and bring her home? and stop this independance of thought.

Help would be appreciated.

Dave

Oh that all sounds so familiar, "you did'nt say please", it was a bloody order not a request! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

What does your 'lady' friend think you should do ? I presume she put you up to it. You have now completely blown what was a crafty scheme to be admired by all. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Good grief! You've heard of committee boats haven't you?

You will. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
