Saildrive anode mix question

I'm having trouble getting a zinc anode for my sail drive leg. It's an unusual fitting and Volspec now only sell it in aluminium. (And I can't find it anywhere else.) However, I have already bought and fitted zinc anodes around the prop hub (and to the hull). Volspec tell me this is fine as they're not electrically connected. Does this make sense or should I find aluminium for my hub/hull anodes too? Thanks

I think your supplier is correct. The saildrive is isolated from the rest of the boat? Normal practice for fairly recent Volvos.

Is the prop an isolated one, on rubber?

Thanks. I'm not sure how to check that. There's no visible rubber on the hub. What should I look for?

Zinc anodes are readily available from other suppliers, but Volvo have changed 100% to aluminium for both drive housings and propeller hubs.
