Hi!

Please can I pick everyones brains!

My sail covers have become quite faded in the sun and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas how to pep them up a bit, and how effective this might be? I've asked a few professional sail people and they don't have much idea, but I'm sure this happens to everyone over time, so was wondering if anyone had any tips they could offer me.

Other than that, I'm restoring some dried out teak. Its not cracked, just dried out from the sun, and I was wondering what products people would recommend from experience? I've been told the International range is fairly rolls-royce, but would be grateful for any experiences and advice.

Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon!

If the teak has dried out then I would reoil it rather than varnish, international varnish or not. Also depends on what the teak is for, deck, seats, interior / exterior etc. There are many products on the market and some do better jobs than others in different circumstances.
