Sail cover repair

I need a straight 34" length of stitching replacing on the part of my sail cover that goes around the mast (i.e. separate to the lazy bag)

Can anyone recommend a firm that could make the repair at a reasonable cost if I were to mail the piece?

http://www.martexmarine.com/ has just partially restitched my stack pack & sprayhood including new zip for £60. A mast boot should be no problem. Probably best sending a pre-paid return pack with the item
