SAFETY - Calor 4.5KG cylinder recall

Cross posting here for visibility, sorry for duplication.
Hi all, having finally managed to get full cylinders it seems there is now also a safety recall on these due to leaking valves. They are safe while turned off but leak gas when the valve is opened. Please see the link for info on how to check whether yours are affected.
