A good friend (who is a technophobe) has severely damaged a stanchion base beyond repair and is looking for a “like for like “ replacement. No manufacturing marks or numbers. Anyone got any ideas where he can get one?
No he’s not a member but I am following it up for him with themAre you a member of the Sadler and Starlight Owners Club? Usually owners clubs have all this sort of information.
Another option - usually only followed after a bit of prodding
Take a picture, post it here - someone may recognise it. There are not that many makers of stanchions.
I find it stunningly amazing - so many people have a mobile phone that can perform a whole and varied number of functions - that no-body uses (the myriad of functions)
