RYA Bill of Sale

They say the two happiest days are when you buy a boat and when you sell a boat, well I bought my new boat four months ago and have finally sold the old one !! So two happy days albeit 4 months apart !!

I have found a link here for the RYA Bill of Sale but it no longer works - does anybody have a working link. Thanks in advance.

RYA emailed them to me on request. There were two documents, the Agreement which dealt with stuff like deposits and subject to survey, and the Bill of Sale for the actual change of ownership. But if you've already bought and sold, why do you need them?

I read with interest your comments. I've just asked RYA for documents but they can not send because I'm not a member and I'm not a member because I'm selling up i.e. will be boat-less. So would be obliged if you could e-mail copies to me, if you still have them on file
