Runners and Riders - Scuttlebutt goes to Cherbourg

Re: Runners and Riders - Scuttlebutt goes to Cherb

Anything is possible except that which is not.

We've even got a RIB offering to ride shotgun on 'in company' boats.

In the spirit of anarchy which rules this event, it's probably best to start another thread (nearer the date maybe) asking for buddy boats.

Ken,

Please add me & Mrs Mate to the list.

We'd also welcome a couple of crew if anyone would care to join us.

Sep 25th suits us best.

Hi DK

I'll be leaving from P'mouth also. My boat is a Halberdier 36 ketch so unless we are hard on the wind,(yuk) we could make dep at the same time maybe?

However I have to say that I tend to believe in 12-14 hr crossings! (that is i use the engine when we slow down)..leave in the dark and arrive b4 sundown...
