Marine traffic shows a vessel named "Rubicon" currently transmitting in Northney Marina.
It's shown as a sailing vessel but that could be because the AIS isn't set up correctly.
If Marine Traffic is accurate it looks to be out of the water at the slip end.

Have a browse in Mars itu for VHF registration several UK 'Rubicon's with surname of registered owners.

I owned this boat (S41) back in 2009 and sold it. Went to the Thames but not sure if the same guy still owns it. I do have his details but pm if you need them. Not info to put on an open forum.
