Rubber mounts for wind genny pole

Hi my wind genny is mounted on a pole fixed to the aft cabin top and transmits a great deal of noise into my cabin, over the years I have tried several mounts but none very successful. What I think is need is a block of soft rubber attached to the rubber base through the deck and the flat plate of the pole mount glued to the top of the rubber please has anybody suggestion for the rubber.

A small piece of Tico padding would do the job.

I often see windsurf mast rubber bases are used
