Yacht isn't quite the word. She is marketed as a replica of the biggest sailing ship in the world (can't remember the name, maybe Pommern, definitely Flying P Line) that was quite in half off Folkestone around 1925 by a steamer that didn't realise a ship could sail so fast. Apart from the four square-rigged masts there's not much real resemblance, especially in the dining department. The sails are handled largely by push-button hydraulics and she can have everything up bar the captain's nightshirt in about ten minutes flat. It's a great operation to watch. My wife and I did a trip in the Caribbean two years ago and really loved the ship. Not many people, beautiful big decks and she really does sail. Food is more than adequate, entertainment not my cup of tea but you'll be with friends. Enormous bar amdiships under a sun awning. Cabins are small for a cruise ship, very big for a yacht, lots of faux mahogany and glittery brass. My wife is not a sailing type but she was up on deck every dawn, long before me, sitting behind the bridge to watch the sails being brought in and the ship being anchored or docked at another palm-fringed isle. Our captain was German, lived in Scotland, and played the bagpipes. His twin brother captains one of the other clippers. You'll have a great time. Wish I was coming with you.
