Round the island (Parker)

I am entering a Parker/Seal round the island race on the 12th July.
We are starting at Yarmouth at 9.30am and finishing at Cowes...!

Anyone got any good tips for me ??

1. Exit Yarmouth with point end first.
2. Turn left or right depending on sailing instructions
3. Keep island on same side of boat at all times
4. When you see cowes open beer

Just leave Cape Wrath to starboard.
