A 'Fun Size' Mars bar in a light tempura batter served with a high quality ice cream is really good.

High quality ice cream is a scarce resource on a cruising yacht - and, in my very humble opinion, a complete waste of ice cream if served as indicated. I'd liken it to eating steamed fresh crayfish with tomato ketchup, or drinking good malt whisky with Coca Cola.
