Roscoff and Brest Port of Entry forms

Hi all, been trawling the YBW and google trying to find Port of Entry forms for Brest and Roscoff - can anyone point me to the right links for these?

Roscoff you would normally get here:

But all of their extensive stuff seems to be down at the moment. So look here, click on Roscoff and it leads you to a PDF:

Friends have just returned from Roscoff. There experience was just the same as last year. Arrive, call the Douane and make appointment at the ferry terminal, everybody on-board needs to attend with their passport, check in and enjoy being on the mainland. Repeat the process on departure.
