Loo,kng forward to watching the start again. We have done this for the last couple of years. Great spectacle. You can follow on the YB tracker.
We are anchored on the East coast of Antigua. It was good to watch the warm up race, 'around Antigua' from here. Mod 70s were doing about 20kts as they came past in fairly light winds. What was more amazing was the local pro kite foiler, Tiger Tyson set off on the same start as the MOD70. He got round the island way ahead of everything out there. 2 hrs 14mins. He knocked 20mins off his own record. The sailing speed record set by a MOD70 is 2hrs 44 mins. Tiger is off to the Olympics this year Representing Antigua
