Rope dia for new jib sheets

What size rope would the forum suggest for jib sheets for a 200 square foot jib on a 31 foot boat?

To the original poster - the Marlow Brochure in front of me says a genoa of 180 sq ft on a 9 metre yacht and a 270sq ft genoa on a 10 metre yacht needs 10mm sheets. They recommend Marlowbraid or Mattbraid, the latter beng the more comfortable one as has been said.

If you like to sail in light winds (and don't just reach for the engine key), it may be worth carrying a pair of light sheets as well. Mine are 8mm, but even 6mm might be considered.
