Rope Cellar - Any thoughts?

Just wondered if anyone had any dealings with Rope Cellar - I need various sheets and things, and they seem to be cheaper than anyone else.

There's not much info on their website about the rope they're selling, nor any real contact details, so any (preferably) positive experiences would be good to hear.

I've used them several times for mail order and I've been there to collect stuff to. As you say, the website is a not great - or wasn't last time I looked - and they are sometimes poor at responding to email, depending on if they're at a show or boatjumble. I've always had no probs speaking to them and dealing with them by phone.
 
It may be - the only contact info I can find is a mobile number on the website. Cheers for your reply.

Yep - just checked the phone number and it's same guy. Agree that his communications are short and to the point - but I don't care if price and service is right.
 
Thought I'd follow up my original post. Very helpful, nice guy - and pleased with what I bought and how much it cost. Would happily recommend.

I bought my DSC VHF from him and I'm happy enough.
