I went to the boat show today with the intention of getting a roller reefing system for my little old boat. After going round several dealers I had settled on a Plastimo 406s. I also need a sail but who do I get a sail from? To cut a long story short I got the reefing system from Seateach as this was best price. I was going to get the sail from them also when I have fitted the 406 and have got the measurements they need to order the sail. But quite fancy a sail made by Crusader as I think they have a good reputation as sail makers. So my question is who makes the sails sold by Seateach and are they as good or better than Crusader sails?

I bought a profurl jib roller and new genoa from Seateach last year.

I took all the measurements (about 10) required by Seateach so they could get the largest genoa which would set at the back of the track.

The genoa sets fine and seems well made. I think it was good value and also the service was good.
