As I presume from what you have said you won't have any sails that are usable on a roller furler, I would go and have a chat with your sail maker about the new sails and see what type of furler that they would recommend for how you intend to use the boat.

Most sailmakers will supply a package of furler and matching sail, but there is a wide choice of types and prices, so suggest you discuss your requirements with 3 or 4 sailmakers so you understand what it is you are buying.

As advice above, talk to the sailmaker who made the sails that came with her, there are several choices these days, you will have a twin groove headfoil and you may be able to retain and reuse that with a detachable drum that will allow the racing sails to go back on when you sell her. Most Sigmas are raced with modern composites that may prove difficult to modify and it may be preferable to purchase a new or second hand furling genoa, though quite a number of boats have a bolt on Furlex drum and roller genoa for when they go cruising, try the owners association to see if anyone has old cruising sails in the garage. You have a relatively large main so a smaller genny will do, vertical battens are good if you go below about 125%, however, I would recommend sailing her for a while with the existing sails before spending too much, it will show you which combination you want to replicate. Nearly all Sigma OOD owners have sheds full of discarded sails that are still fine for cruising and might be modifiable, start with a No2.
