Rocking boat

Somewhere on here a forumite showed a really good rocking boat that he had made for his grandchildren. I would like to make one this winter but I cannot find it again - can anyone help?

First you need to build a nice little dinghy complete with cenre board slot. Then make a dummy centre board which goes in from underneath. Attach that to the top of a car coil spring then the bottom of the coil spring to a big solid base. The boat will rock fore and aft and sideways and is guaranteed to make him sick. When this happens you have a nice little tender dinghy for him or yourself. good luck olewill

Got 4 results, but none about mounting one on a spring.
