My son Alex is taking part in the Marlow Town Regatta tomorrow.
I understand it is a pretty big event with a fun-fair on the riverside. There is also Dragonboat Racing on Sunday.
Needless to say this means half of the river will be reserved for racing, and the other half will be filled with manic Robos doing warm-ups, not looking where they are going and yelling "Wash!" at every opportunity.
Alex tells me the correct thing to shout at them is "Head" followed by the type of boat they are in. (Ie "Head Skiff!")
This means "Oi! YOU IN THE FUNNY ROBO, LOOK WHERE YOU ARE BL**DY GOING!
