Both versions of the free guide to all leisure activity on the River Thames and Way Navigation (River Thames Guide and River Thames Guide Lite) have been updated with the first 2025 version ready to roll out. Changes are chiefly to how tide predictions and fluvial flows are displayed for the tidal Thames (both in much more mobile friendly format).
Users of iOS (iPhone) and iPadOS (iPad) will receive the update via the App Store as usual.
Users of other platforms (including, inter alia, Mac, Windows, Android, Chrome and Unix-based systems) can use the single PWA* version which can be found here; (for installation best to follow the link in the Chrome browser). New users wishing to install the app on an iPhone or iPad just need to search 'River Thames Guide' on the App Store (where the difference between the versions will become clear).
All versions of the app continue to be free to download and use and are delivered without any ads.
