i need to replace the rigging on my 20 foot yacht. i have the crimping tool. but what breaking strain wire should i use? is galvanised cable ok to use? thanks

1 X 19 s/s wire 4 m/m dia should be ok

Hi Paul
You do not state what type of crimping tool you have, nor do you say what kind of
yacht you own.but I would be wary of DIY standing rigging replacement.
I would bite the bullet and have it done by a profesional, for a 20 foot boat it should not be to costly. This is not an area to save money on.
