Ah now, that doesn't fill me with confidence. I'm looking to be able to fly in with a couple of crew and take the boat home, so I am wary of the typical 'professional' with the time management skills of a dormouse. How good is he at getting the job done when he said he would get it done?

I meant setting up arrangements initially can be a bit hard, but he has always been there when I wanted him. As you said, you will have the time to plan ahead and get things organised with him.
