I've heard (today) that it was financial.

Whereas it's not actually from the horse's mouth it was via someone on site at Levington.

So, unless this person is completely wrong, closure is not due to Nigel retiring.

As I said before - damn shame.
 
A shame to hear this.

Nigel was incredibly helpful to me earlier in the year.

If he's retired: I wish him a long and happy one.

If it's business problems: I hope they can soon be resolved, and he's back in action without delay.
